As co-founder and CEO, William brings to the team 17 years of entrepreneurial experience in building professional service firms. In addition to his current participation in Reglera, he is the current operating President and CEO of Reglera’s parent company, Enscicon Corporation. In 2005, Inc. Magazine named Reglera the 43rd fastest-growing company in the “Inner City 100.” Reglera’s parent company was recognized as the 67th fastest-growing firm in the same survey in 2002 and in the magazine’s “Inc. 500” for the year 2000.

Clay has over 20 years experience in operations and management in the Medical Device and Tissue Bank industries. Clay co-founded and developed the Reglera division of Enscicon, and has since developed Reglera into a multi-million dollar a year business with a strong and diverse client base.

As President and COO of Reglera, Clay is responsible for all day-to-day operations and strategy development for Reglera. Reglera's product and services mix is a result of his experience in the Medical Device and Tissue Banking industries and reflects his vision to provide companies with solutions, not simply advice. From its launch, Clay has lead and developed the organization into one of the largest and fastest growing consulting / outsourcing companies in its marketplace. Reglera was recognized by Inc. Magazine in 2005 as #43 in the list of 100 fastest growing inner city companies in America.

Before joining Enscicon / Reglera, Clay worked for COBE Laboratories / GAMBRO Healthcare. As a part of their US Corporate Management Team, he supported GAMBRO Healthcare’s rapid growth from several hundred million to greater than $1 billion in annual revenues. Rising quickly from a top technical contributor to a position as Corporate Director of Quality Assurance, Clay’s organization led the company to establish world-class quality systems and successfully resolved chronic problems with the FDA that threatened to close the company’s US operations. Before his work at GAMBRO, Clay worked with Alcon Laboratories and helped develop and introduce two of the most successful ophthalmic surgical instruments ever brought to the market.

BRIAN ESLINGER - VICE PRESIDENT OF SALES AND MARKETING

Brian Eslinger has been in the Healthcare industry for over 15 years and is currently the Vice-President of Sales and Marketing for Reglera where he is responsible for growing Reglera’s existing market base and identifying new market opportunities.

Prior to Reglera, Brian was National Sales Manager for Cerner Corporation, the leading provider of end-to-end software solutions for the healthcare information technology sector. During his 5-year tenure at Cerner, Brian was a part of the development and exponential growth of the Knowledge and Discovery division, which synthesizes scientific evidence for clinicians and consumers and turns it into actionable data to help improve quality and reduce medical errors. Brian was a successful part of Cerner’s overall growth of 200% in five years.

His previous experience also includes operations management, business development, M & A, and sales leadership for the healthcare regulatory division of Information Handling Services (IHS) - an Englewood, Colorado based business.
